Description
Learn the skills to display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your own workload and the workload of others. You will acquire communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. You will also learn how to plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to problems and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources. This course teaches you the skills and knowledge to lead and manage across a range of industries.
